Earning potential

The pay structure is very much based upon the results that you achieve and the individual effort that you contribute. Put simply, the harder you work, the more you be will be paid.

As we operate on behalf of a charity our pay structure is performance related. You will be paid based on the quality and quantity of donations you gain from members of the public. This structure allows us to reward those that work hard and strive to help a great cause. Based on a fundraiser gaining support from 4 members of public per day throughout the 4 weekly pay period earnings would be around £1400-£1500.

Wesser also provides an excellent benefits package that includes paid travel, accommodation, food and drink.

Most people who start work with Wesser have limited or no work experience in this field so it is only natural that your weekly earnings will grow as you gain greater experience. It is very realistic however to earn an average of £1,200 – £1,500 per month.

Further bonuses for Team Leaders and drivers apply. A winter bonus is also paid from October until March.
